Section 3
No arson, vandalism, beating or “locking out or obstructing treatment:
No one shall engage in any of the following acts in connection with the subject of health treatment:-
(a) In a health institution. to set fire to,
(b) vandalism or any other act causing damage to the health institution,
(c) to beat or physically injure a health worker or a worker working in a health institution,
(d) to lock or surround health institutions,
(e) to interfere in any way with the treatment of patients who have come for treatment or are being treated at the health institution, or
(f) To abuse health workers or employees working in health institutions, to threaten in any way, to abuse or behave indecently or humiliatingly.
